Ordering dinner in Greek in Greece!

First time in Greece; first time using my Equal Eats card translated in Greek! Last night, I could actually see the relief on our waiter’s face when I gave her my card. Instead of politely trying to understand each other, it was as simple as her showing the card to the chef, and getting feedback on what would be safe for me to order. There was no confusion-it’s literally in black and white! Now I can enjoy the rest of our vacation, and not worry about being misunderstood! Thank you, Equal Eats! I was really stressing out about ordering food in a foreign country-to the point where I was questioning whether or not we should go. This card REALLY makes a difference.

Just what we needed

Portugal is a super American friendly place with most service agents able to understand our needs, but if they didn't this card was handed to any server to bring to their chef to ensure safety. Will buy one for every country we visit.
