The good news is that we run a fine-tuned operation, and shipped your order within 1-3 days of receiving it. No exceptions.
But some things are beyond our control and we appreciate your understand, and are happy to work with you to find a solution!
Delays often happen with USPS and Royal Mail, but if it's taking an usually long time, there might be a bigger issue such as:
- Wrong address submitted at checkout.
- Lost by mail courier
In these cases, we are happy to make things right by either sending you another package, or a digital card to print at home.
Yes, please let us know! We want to continually improve our offering.
However, we have a very strict translation/review process, meaning that approximately once a year we make new translations available.
We do not have translators in-house, and cannot accommodate custom orders beyond what's currently listed on our website.
Our printable card files "play nice" with most printers, but occassionally they might print across a full screen.
Please try printing from a computer instead of a smartphone.
If this doesn't work, try adjusting the "settings" when printing by looking at the "scale" section.
If this doesn't work, please feel free to contact us and we can template it as a locked PDF file that will print perfectly.
