    • Are the cards double sided?
Yes! One side is in English, and the other side is in the language of your choice.

    • Are your translations accurate?
Translation accuracy is # 1 to us. We have a 3-tiered process that ensures every single card has:

      1. Professional translation
      2. Expert proofreading
      3.Native speaker review

    • Where do you ship to?
We ship to U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

If you are in the EU, you can order printable cards from our website, or plastic cards through ourEtsy store.

    • Can I have my own messaging on the card?
Our customized cards allow you to choose up to 15 allergens on a card. However, the accompanying sentences (description, cross-contact statement) cannot be changed.

We have a strict process of consulting with chefs/wait staff to ensure the wording is exactly what they need to hear.

We also have a rigid translation process which makes these changes difficult.

    • How do I use the card?
Simply hand it over to your wait staff upon ordering.

Sometimes they'll help you find a suitable meal, other times they may bring it to the kitchen to consult with the chef.

Typically, it's much appreciated by the whole restaurant team!

this new card does not have allergens listed out like previous cards did

I have ordered cards before for shellfish allergy and the shellfish was listed out on the card. This new card I ordered does not. I has minimal info compared to the others I have ordered.

Wish it had a customization option

These worked okay for alpha gal but wish you could customize the digital version to be a bit more specific - i.e seaweed should be only red seaweed/algae. The majority of seaweed is not an issue. Also, for those that donโ€™t have extreme reactions, I would have worded the last sentence differently to not intimidate some of the smaller food venues.

We used the Japanese translation, but crossed out the last sentence and the seaweed.
