I ordered customized allergy cards for our trip to Spain. The agent I was chatting with said I could customize to add a phrase about oils, but the card was sent before that was done. When I contacted the agent, she said she could fix it and send as a pdf. We had already left for our trip, and thankfully, many restaurants spoke English. Overall though, the cards were helpful in communicating my daughter’s allergies. It was just an added step to ask about oils and I had to use Google to translate sometimes.

I’m about to go to Japan and I think most food choices will be easy, but having this card whenever I am not 100% sure is going to be a huge help!
