The card arrived quickly and to me was clearly set out which should have made things easier. Unfortunately in Egypt this did not work. They could read it but actually understanding what was written and why when I was ordering chicken was beyond them. To be honest some did but most did not and thankfully I was on a tour so our CEO took over. I have ordered cards before for shellfish allergy and the shellfish was listed out on the card. This new card I ordered does not. I has minimal info compared to the others I have ordered.
Hi Amy, it looks like you ordered a 'preset' card for a specialized allergy. This new card is a multiple food allergy card where we do not include icons. This card holds up to 15 allergens which chefs have advised us to stay clear of images to keep the core messaging clear. Hopefully the product images help in showing this.
