Great quality, useful information, when we used it in France, we were told it was very well written and accurate. It gave us peace of mind. It would be helpful if when you purchase the card you could also get a download for your phone with the same information incase you forget the card.

The cards themselves are well worded and effective. The fact that only one (double-sided/bilingual - paid product) card or two (single sided/English-only) cards are displayed per PDF was frustrating, though. I printed these on heavy cardstock to survive being stuffed in a wallet, and wanted a half-dozen of them available due to extended travel. I had to export the image to another program to avoid using a bunch of cardstock just to cut out the single cards. Better formatting to allow for multiple cards on the same page would make this 5 stars.

The card is great! The only thing I’d change is I wish it had a note on it to return to the owner, so I don’t have to worry about it getting lost when I give it to servers.
