I've used your Japanese, Hong Kong Chinese, Khmer and Vietnamese cards and even though I'm a Californian with upcoming Mexico trip, ordering the Latin American Spanish card made sense. On a recent trip to Japan, our server tried to be accomodating, but when he read the card, he took it to the chef / owner who politely told us he really couldn't make sure I'd be OK.
