Worked well all over France! Except butter should explicitly be on the card
Great to hear that it worked so well all over France! What a beautiful place to travel to, and especially eat!
Although we have 'Dairy' listed on this card, it's difficult due to spacing to call out anything more on the bulleted list. However, in the future, please reach out to us in advance as we can happily customized orders as to your liking. Although we can understand the frustration, our team takes 4-star reviews like a gut-punch, as we're always more than willing to make things right.
Great product. Easy to ready and sturdy.
Thanks for your kind words. Wishing many safe meals ahead.
Great quality, useful information, when we used it in France, we were told it was very well written and accurate. It gave us peace of mind. It would be helpful if when you purchase the card you could also get a download for your phone with the same information incase you forget the card.
We go to great lengths to ensure our translations are accurate. We appreciate hearing that they are understood as intended! Thank you.

The cards themselves are well worded and effective. The fact that only one (double-sided/bilingual - paid product) card or two (single sided/English-only) cards are displayed per PDF was frustrating, though. I printed these on heavy cardstock to survive being stuffed in a wallet, and wanted a half-dozen of them available due to extended travel. I had to export the image to another program to avoid using a bunch of cardstock just to cut out the single cards. Better formatting to allow for multiple cards on the same page would make this 5 stars.
What great feedback! We will work on making a separate download available for multiple copies of a card. Please email us directly with more thoughts and suggestions. It's much more productive then low-star reviews. We take all feedback very seriously.

The card is great! The only thing I’d change is I wish it had a note on it to return to the owner, so I don’t have to worry about it getting lost when I give it to servers.
Thanks for the feedback! Our cards have little extra real-estate on them for more messaging - but would love to hear more ideas about how we could incorporate this. Perhaps a lanyard, sleeve, or case that states 'return to owner'.
Cards are designed by individuals with allergies along with chefs and servers.
We use professional translators and proofreaders for all of our translations.
Cards are reviewed native speakers to ensure it's the correct message.
