      Yes! One side is in English, and the other side is in the language of your choice.

    • Are your translations accurate?
      Translation accuracy is # 1 to us. We have a 3-tiered process that ensures every single card has:

    • Where do you ship to?
      We ship to U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

      If you are in the EU, you can order printable cards from our website, or plastic cards through our Etsy store.

    • Can I have my own messaging on the card?
      Our customized cards allow you to choose up to 15 allergens on a card. However, the accompanying sentences (description, cross-contact statement) cannot be changed.

      We have a strict process of consulting with chefs/wait staff to ensure the wording is exactly what they need to hear.

      We also have a rigid translation process which makes these changes difficult.

    • How do I use the card?
      Simply hand it over to your wait staff upon ordering.

      Sometimes they'll help you find a suitable meal, other times they may bring it to the kitchen to consult with the chef.

      Typically, it's much appreciated by the whole restaurant team!

    • U.S. orders: within 6-8 business days of ordering
    • U.K. orders: within 5-7 business days of ordering
    • Canada, Australia & New Zealand orders: within 15-25 business days of ordering
    • Global Orders: within 15-25 business days of ordering

    What should I do if I need a card before then?

    Will I receive a tracking number?

    • U.K. & Canada Orders: No. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class, no tracking. Tracking # provided for express orders
    • U.S. Orders. We use USPS tracked package
    • Global Orders: a tracking number will be provided

    Do have a return policy?

    • Refunds will be provided for any reason related to dissatisfaction of card content
