What Chefs Need to Hear from Food Allergic Diners

We had the great opportunity to sit down with Chef Joel Schaefer to ask him some questions to help our community. The recording was done live at the 2023 FARE Summit in Orlando after he was hard at work orchestrating the catering for 500+ people affected by food allergies at the Summit.
