Hi, I have terrible peanut allergies so bad it’s even airborne. I haven’t flown since the early 90s when I was just a little girl. Flying scares me add food allergies to the mix, scares me even more. I am now a pharmaceutical rep who is required to air travel, I avoided travel by air for years but in July I will have to travel by plane for work. Not only does flying give me anxiety, but my food allergies are so bad and scary for me, I never eat out at restaurants, I always pack and bring food to hotels. How do I bring food that I can eat that’s already prepared while I travel, keep it cool and transport on plane? How to I avoid peanut while flying and most importantly how will I do this? I’m just terrified and feel so alone.
