As we expand our presence in the Canadian market, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support local printing and fulfillment from a home office environment.

About the Role

The Home-Based Printing & Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for printing Equal Eats dietary translation cards using equipment and supplies provided by Equal Eats. This role is ideal for someone looking for meaningful side income, enjoys independent work, and wants to grow with a purpose-driven company.

The position will begin at approximately 4–6 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours and responsibility as our Canadian operations grow.

Responsibilities

• Print Equal Eats dietary translation cards from a home office environment
• Use company-provided printer, materials, and supplies
• Follow clear printing, quality control, and fulfillment procedures
• Ensure cards are printed accurately, cleanly, and consistently
• Monitor supply levels and communicate when materials need to be replenished
• Package or prepare printed materials according to Equal Eats standards
• Complete weekly printing tasks reliably and on schedule
• Participate in occasional team meetings and strategy sessions
• Communicate clearly with the Equal Eats team about production needs, issues, and improvements

Requirements

• Based in Canada
• Access to a clean, organized home workspace suitable for printing and storing supplies
• Comfortable using a printer and basic computer tools
• Able to attend occasional virtual team meetings
• Available approximately 4–6 hours per week to start
• Dependable weekly availability
