As we enter our 20th year, we’re excited to share a refreshed look and feel for Equal Eats - new colours, updated designs, and a more modern visual style across our website, emails, social media, and packaging.

What hasn’t changed is just as important as what has.

Our products aren’t changing

The tools you know and trust remain exactly the same.

Our cards, downloads, and resources are loved as they are, and the feedback we receive from our community continues to reinforce that every day. They work. They help people communicate clearly. They provide peace of mind when it matters most.

There was no need to “fix” something that wasn’t broken.

This refresh isn’t about changing what we make - it’s about how we show up.

Why refresh the look now?

Twenty years is a meaningful milestone.

Over the past two decades, we’ve grown alongside an incredibly diverse community of people living with food allergies, celiac disease, intolerances, medical diets, and cultural or religious food needs. Children and adults. Families and solo travelers. First-time explorers and seasoned globetrotters.

We wanted our brand to better reflect that diversity, warmth, and lived experience.

The refreshed look is:

  • More confident, without being clinical

It’s designed to feel supportive and reassuring - not alarming or overwhelming.

The same products, with a clearer voice

While the look has evolved, our purpose hasn’t.

Equal Eats exists to help people travel and dine with more confidence and less worry. A refreshed brand helps us tell that story more clearly, while staying true to what’s always mattered most.

Kicking off our 20th year

To celebrate the start of our 20th year - and to thank you for being part of this journey - we’re kicking things off with a 20% off storewide sale, now through Sunday.

We’ll be celebrating our official 20-year anniversary this April, with more to come. This is a small way of marking a big milestone and saying thank you to the community that has made these past 20 years possible.
