We’ve Helped 50,000 People Travel and Dine Safer
Today is one of those milestone moments that makes me pause, reflect, and smile from ear to ear.
Equal Eats has officially helped over 50,000 people navigate the world more safely and confidently with our dietary translation cards. That’s 50,000 individuals—each with their own story, needs, and destination—who didn’t let food allergies, celiac disease, or dietary restrictions stop them from enjoying the richness of travel and global cuisine.
When I first created Equal Eats, it wasn’t part of some grand plan. It started with a need—my own need. I wanted to feel safe while traveling. I wanted to eat without fear, communicate without confusion, and advocate for myself without stumbling over a language barrier. And when I couldn’t find a solution that met my standards, I created one.
What started as a tool to empower myself has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. And the fact that so many of you have found value in these cards… well, that just fills me with gratitude.
We’ve poured so much care into every card—ensuring translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and effective. Because we know that when it comes to your health, there’s no room for error. Our team obsesses over every word, every layout, every language nuance—because you deserve that level of precision.
But today, I don’t just want to celebrate our numbers. I want to celebrate you.
To the families who still booked the trip despite a peanut allergy…
To the solo traveler with celiac disease who explored street food stalls with confidence…
To the parents who brought their kids safely across borders…
To everyone who’s chosen freedom over fear, joy over limitations, and connection over caution…
You inspire me.
Dietary restrictions can be isolating. But you’ve shown that they don’t have to be limiting. You’ve refused to let them define the borders of your world. And that’s something to be proud of.
So here’s to the first 50,000. Here’s to your courage, your spirit, and your appetite for life. And here’s to the next 50,000 adventures still to come.
Let’s keep making the world safer—and more delicious—for everyone.
With heartfelt thanks,
Kyle Dine
