      We ship to U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

      If you are in the EU, you can order printable cards from our website, or plastic cards through ourEtsy store.

    • Can I have my own messaging on the card?
      Our customized cards allow you to choose up to 15 allergens on a card. However, the accompanying sentences (description, cross-contact statement) cannot be changed.

      We have a strict process of consulting with chefs/wait staff to ensure the wording is exactly what they need to hear.

      We also have a rigid translation process which makes these changes difficult.

    • How do I use the card?
      Simply hand it over to your wait staff upon ordering.

      Sometimes they'll help you find a suitable meal, other times they may bring it to the kitchen to consult with the chef.

      Typically, it's much appreciated by the whole restaurant team!

    Can I cancel my order?

    • Yes! Mistakes happen, but please try to notify us within 24 hours.

    Great customer service! I asked if an additional allergen could be added that was a derivative of one of the ones on the list and Equal Eats made it happen and helped me alter my order to correspond to the change. My 12 year old daughter with life threatening allergies cried for joy when she saw the cards - thank you for helping her have confidence to travel and be safe in the broader world beyond.     Completely Worth It

    My six year old daughter has been using this at every patisserie, restaurant, grocery store, hotel, and cafe we went to and we have been so thankful to have it!

    1. The card is thick, and sturdy, and incredibly helpful whenever we face a language barrier in Portugal.
    2. I have found that they take us far more seriously when we introduced the card than if I had just said “we have an allergy”. They often take it back with them to the chef, and pass it along to every waiter to ensure no confusion.

    I will absolutely purchase these for wherever we travel internationally! Thank you for some extra piece of mind!

    Decline in Quality

    My latest purchase of 2 cards were fuzzy and faded compared to the initial 3 cards I bought last year. The print on the new cards is not as crisp and sharp so hopefully they will be legible when in use. Disappointing considering they're still $18 each
