- Can I have my own messaging on the card?
Our customized cards allow you to choose up to 15 allergens on a card. However, the accompanying sentences (description, cross-contact statement) cannot be changed.
We have a strict process of consulting with chefs/wait staff to ensure the wording is exactly what they need to hear.
We also have a rigid translation process which makes these changes difficult. - How do I use the card?
Simply hand it over to your wait staff upon ordering.
Sometimes they'll help you find a suitable meal, other times they may bring it to the kitchen to consult with the chef.
Typically, it's much appreciated by the whole restaurant team!

- U.K. & Canada Orders: No. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class, no tracking. Tracking # provided for express orders.

Can I cancel my order?
- Yes! Mistakes happen, but please try to notify us within 24 hours.
