An Equal Eats multiple restriction card can help speak for you across language barriers, so all of your dietary concerns are understood and taken seriously when dining out around the world. This card allows you to add multiple restrictions so everything is included on one card. This includes food allergy, celiac disease, intolerances, and other special diets.
What you'll receive
In 24-48 hours (excluding weekends), you will receive by email your card. We create these cards in-house and take our time ensuring every single word counts. We will email you an image file which you can save on your phone, as well as a printable copy which prints as the same size as a credit card.
